Welcome to General Use Copiers!

Office Products supplies and maintains 54 full-featured copies around campus and the Medical Center for the convenience of students, faculty and staff members. Most of the copiers are multi-functional products (MFPS) with scan, print, and copy capability. Duke employees can either request a copy card associated with their department’s cost center or activate the service on their Medical Center ID or Duke Card. Departments are billed monthly through the University’s accounting system.

Most general use copiers are part of the campus’ ePrint System and are referred to as “ePrint Midrange Stations.” Public Color ePrint Stations (designated by * on the locations list) are located in each of the libraries, Fuqua School of Business, the Law School, Smith Warehouse, the Chesterfield Building, and the lower level of the Bryan Center. Special print drivers are required to print and they can be downloaded from OIT’s ePrint Website. All Color ePrint Stations accept FLEX, Duke University Public Copiers & ePrint cards, as well as Departmental Copy Cards.
